RESUMO

An intelligent fluorescent nanoprobe (lignite-CDs-Eu) was constructed by an effective and facile method based on lignite-derived carbon dots (CDs) and lanthanide europium ions (Eu3+), which exhibited high sensitivity, low detection limit (13.35 nM) and visual color variation (from blue to red) under ultraviolet light towards tetracycline (TC) detection. Significantly, portable and economical sensors were developed using lignite-CDs-Eu immobilized fiber material of filter paper and wearable glove with the aid of color extracting and image processing application (APP) in the smartphone. Facile, fast and real-time visual detection of TC in food samples was realized. Moreover, logic gate circuit was also designed to achieve intelligent and semi-quantitative inspection of TC. To some extent, this study extended the cross-application of intelligent computer software in food analytical science, and provided a certain reference for the development of small portable detection sensors which were suitable for convenience and non-professional use in daily life.

Heavy metals content in tires affects the safety of soil and agricultural products. The digestion method is a pretreatment for determining heavy metals in tire samples, and will affect the efficiency and accuracy of the heavy metal determination. The microwave digestion process and reagents for tire samples are not currently standardized. Therefore, this study attempts to provide an appropriate method of resolution for scholars. All digestion processes were performed in Mars One. We tested 15 different acid mixtures to determine the best reagent type and dose and then investigated the effect of maximum temperature, holding time, and sample grams on the degree of digestion. In summary, the best condition to digest the tire sample was a mixture of 3 ml HNO3 and 7 ml H2SO4, taking 0.1 (± 0.0005) g tire sample, at the maximum digestion temperature of 220 °C for 25 min. The experimental conclusion will provide a reliable experimental method for scientists using MARS One to study heavy metals in tires. At the same time, researchers using the MARS series can also find valuable references in this paper.

It is of great significance to realize ultra-sensitive and visual detection of oxytetracycline (OTC) residues, especially for public health and environmental safety. In this study, a multicolor fluorescence sensing platform (CDs-Cit-Eu) for OTC detection was constructed by using rare earth europium complex functionalized carbon dots (CDs). The blue-emitting CDs (λem = 450 nm) prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using nannochloropsis were not only the scaffold of Eu3+ ion coordination, but also the recognition unit of OTC. After adding OTC to the multicolor fluorescent sensor, the emission intensity of CDs decreased slowly, and the emission intensity of Eu3+ ions (λem = 617 nm) enhanced significantly, accompanying by a significant color change of the nanoprobe from blue to red. The detection limit of the probe for OTC was calculated to be 3.5 nM, manifesting ultra-high sensitivity towards OTC detection. In addition, OTC detection in real samples (honey, lake water, tap water) was successfully achieved. Moreover, a semi-hydrophobic luminescent film SA/PVA/CDs-Cit-Eu was also prepared for OTC detection. With the help of smartphone color recognition APP, real-time intelligent detection of OTC was realized.
